Inclusive hiring hits highest point since 2022, data shows

In the article from People Management research by the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) found that 51 % of UK employers now use diverse interview panels and 34 % have adopted name-blind CV screening—both marks up significantly on last year—while 48 % are working to diversify shortlists. The survey highlights that inclusive recruitment practices are increasingly viewed as strategic imperatives in the face of talent- and skills-shortages, rather than optional “woke” add-ons.
