My work focuses on the human systems that ultimately determine whether strategy succeeds or fails. I partner with senior leadership teams to strengthen the dynamics that drive collective performance — including psychological safety, culture, and how difference is leveraged as competitive value.

How I Work

My approach combines deep expertise in leadership team effectiveness with a sophisticated blend of human-centred modalities including NLP Master Practitioner techniques, neuroscience principles, and cultural intelligence. I am a Fellow of the CIPD, reflecting my commitment to rigorous, evidence-based practice.

What Drives Me

My greatest satisfaction comes from helping leadership teams unlock their collective potential — creating the psychological safety that enables honest conversations, building the resilience that sustains performance, and ensuring that difference becomes a source of sustained competitive value rather than a challenge to manage.

Beyond my work with leadership teams, I am energised by amplifying underrepresented voices and advocating for systemic change through my leadership of Black Inclusion Week, my involvement with the Mayor of London’s Women in Digital taskforce, and as a board advisor for the Women’s Institute.
