Violent and Islamophobic riots have taken place across the country, leaving many people feeling stressed, scared, anxious, and confused about how to feel or respond. Leadership teams and People teams are striving to do the right thing by their teams and are seeking guidance on how to navigate this challenging period. It’s a tough time for everyone, and we need to come together with empathy and understanding. This conversation will hold space for us to reflect on the current situation, acknowledge our feelings, and discuss actionable steps leaders and people managers should take to protect the wellbeing and safety of their teams.
